Abstract
The present invention provides a composition for use in attenuating skin barrier, the composition containing an anionic long-chain lipid (in particular, a long-chain fatty acid). The present invention provides a dispersion in which complexes (e.g., solid complexes) each containing a cationic long-chain lipid, an anionic long-chain lipid, and a drug are dispersed.
Claims10
-11. (canceled)
An aqueous composition comprising a complex comprising a cation, an anion, and a molecule of interest, wherein
- the composition allows transfection with the molecule of interest from an exterior of a cell to an interior of the cell and thereby enables production of a viable cell comprising the molecule of interest therein.
-20. (canceled)
A method of transfecting a molecule of interest from an exterior of a cell to an interior of the cell, comprising:
- contacting an aqueous composition comprising a complex comprising a cation, an anion, and the molecule of interest with the cell, thereby transfecting the molecule of interest from an exterior of a cell to an interior of the cell.
