1-29. (canceled)
A method for the treatment of cancer in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically efficient amount of a humanized anti-FGFR4 synthetic single domain antibody (anti-FGFR4 sdAb) or a CAR comprising an antigen binding domain comprising the humanized anti-FGFR4 sdAb,
- wherein said humanized anti-FGFR4 sdAb has the following formula FRW1-CDR1-FRW2-CDR2-FRW3-CDR3-FRW4, and wherein the CDRs are selected from the group consisting of:
- a CDR1 of SEQ ID NO:1;
- a CDR2 of SEQ ID NO:2 and a CDR3 of SEQ ID NO:3,
- a CDR1 of SEQ ID NO:4;
- a CDR2 of SEQ ID NO:5 and a CDR3 of SEQ ID NO:6,
