Stent graft systems with restraints in channels and methods thereof

A method of treating a vessel comprising:

• placing a stent graft system in the vessel, the stent graft system comprising
• a first layer of graft material and a second layer of graft material;
• a stent member located between the first layer of graft material and the second layer of graft material;
• and
• a reducing belt located at least partially circumferentially around at least a portion of the stent member to hold the stent member in a radially compressed state;
• and
• at least partially deploying the stent graft by allowing the stent member to transition from the radially compressed state to a radially expanded state.

A method of treating a vessel comprising:

• placing a stent graft system in the vessel, the stent graft system comprises
• a first layer of graft material and a second layer of graft material;
• a stent member located between the first layer of graft material and the second layer of graft material;
• and
• a first reducing belt and a second reducing belt located at least partially circumferentially around at least a portion of the stent member to hold the stent member in a radially compressed state;
• and
• at least partially deploying the stent graft by allowing a portion of the stent member to transition from the radially compressed state to a radially expanded state.
