The wall art hanging frame assembly may comprise a core structure, shaped to form a frame shape having a front side opening configured to receive an art piece, a laminate layer coupled to the core structure, the art piece, and a securing mechanism configured to removably secure the art piece within the opening.

- a core structure, shaped to form a frame shape having a front side opening configured to receive an art piece;
- a laminate layer coupled to the core structure;
- and
- a securing mechanism configured to removably secure the art piece within the opening.
