Closure Device for Interconnecting Two Units

A closure device (for interconnecting two modules, comprising;

• a first closure part comprising a body, a receiving opening formed on the body, and at least one locking element that is adjustable relative to the body;
• and
• a second closure part comprising a plug portion,
• wherein for closing the closure device the plug portion can be inserted into the receiving opening,
• wherein in a closed position, the plug portion engages in the receiving opening and the second closure part is locked by the at least one locking element relative to the first closure part, such that the first closure part and the second closure part are held together,
• wherein for separating the first closure part and the second closure part from one another, the locking effect of the at least one locking element can be overcome and the first closure part and the second closure part can be separated from one another by removing the plug portion from the receiving opening,
• wherein the at least one locking element comprises a first locking portion and a second locking portion, and the second closure part comprises a first engagement device and a second engagement device, wherein, in the closed position, the locking element assumes a locking position relative to the body, in which the first locking portion is in engagement with the first engagement device and the second locking portion is in engagement with the second engagement device, and overcoming the locking effect of the at least one locking element comprises at least one of the following:
• the first locking portion is brought out of engagement with the first engagement device the second locking portion is brought out of engagement with the second engagement device, or any combination thereof, and
• wherein the first closure part comprises a first magnet device and the second closure part comprises as second magnet device, wherein the first magnet device and the second magnet device interact in a magnetically attracting manner in order to magnetically assist the closure of the closure device.
