Abstract
An integrated circuit structure is provided. The integrated circuit structure includes a substrate, a patterned ground shield structure, and a shielded circuit. The patterned ground shield structure is disposed above the substrate. The patterned ground shield structure includes a central portion and branches. The branches are connected to the central portion. The branches substantially extend radially from a central point of the central portion and surround the central portion. The shielded circuit including at least one conductive line is located directly above the patterned ground shield structure.
Claims20
An integrated circuit structure, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a patterned ground shield structure disposed above the substrate, wherein the patterned ground shield structure comprises:
- a central portion;
- and
- branches connected to the central portion, wherein the branches substantially extend radially from a central point of the central portion and surround the central portion;
- and
- a shielded circuit comprising at least one conductive line located directly above the patterned ground shield structure.
An integrated circuit structure, comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a comb-shaped ground shield structure disposed above the substrate, wherein the comb-shaped ground shield structure comprises:
- a solid rib portion;
- first teeth arranged on a first side of the solid rib portion;
- and
- second teeth arranged on a second side of the solid rib portion;
- and
- a shielded circuit located directly above the patterned ground shield structure, wherein in a top view, an edge of a coil of the shielded circuit is around the solid rib portion.
