Aspects of the embodiments described herein are related to systems, methods, and computer products for detecting fraud in document processing. An incoming document image is received and analyzed to generate a first score representing a confidence level that the incoming document is valid. A signature is detected on the incoming document image and compared with one or more reference signatures to determine a similarity metric. A signature score is determined based on the similarity metric, the signature score representing a confidence level that the signature on the incoming document is valid. A fraud score is determined based on the first score and the signature score. The incoming document is then approved or flagged for potential fraud based on the fraud score, thereby enabling automated fraud detection using multi-factor document and signature analysis.
