A card with a toggle adjusting device, comprising a housing, a toggle adjusting component a circuit board a microprocessor, a data communication unit, a power supply device, an adjustable electrical signal component, and a data storage wherein:

• the toggle adjusting component and the adjustable electrical signal component constitute a toggle adjusting assembly;
• the adjustable electrical signal component converts different position states of the corresponding toggle adjusting components after toggling into different electrical signals;
• the adjustable electrical signal component is connected to the microprocessor through wires on the circuit board, and the microprocessor obtains set data;
• the data communication unit is connected to the microprocessor through the wires on the circuit board to exchange data;
• the data storage is connected to the microprocessor;
• the power supply device is connected to the microprocessor;
• and
• the housing comprises a front packaging shell and a back packaging shell, showing a thin sheet structure.
