The present application discloses a mobile phone case assembly and a mobile phone case customized unmanned vending apparatus, the mobile phone case includes a mobile phone case body configured with a receiving slot for holding a mobile phone, the receiving slot is provided with a mobile phone lens avoidance hole, a supporting shell is removably mounted in the receiving slot, and a plurality of storage slots are provided on the supporting shell; a lens protective frame is detachably storge in the storage slot and is detachably mounted to the mobile phone lens avoidance hole to form a flat printing surface on the side of the mobile phone case body opposite the receiving slot. The apparatus includes a mobile phone case customized unmanned vending machine and the mobile phone case assembly; when printing the mobile phone case, the removable lens protective frame prevents interference with the movement of the printing head of the printing device, the printing head can reach the closest possible distance to the printing surface, ensuring superior print quality; after printing, remove the lens protective frame from the supporting shell and install it onto the mobile phone case body to form a complete mobile phone case.
