Abstract
A tapping sleeve can include a sleeve portion configured to receive a pipe element; a neck extending from the sleeve portion; and a fastener configured to adjust a diameter of the sleeve portion and thereby tighten the sleeve portion around a pipe element having any one of a range of diameters.

- a sleeve portion configured to receive a pipe element;
- a neck extending from the sleeve portion;

- a fastener configured to adjust a diameter of the sleeve portion and thereby tighten the sleeve portion around a pipe element having any one of a range of diameters.
