Abstract
An active noise cancellation system for a toilet comprises a lid configured to cover a bowl of the toilet, a microphone configured to detect noises associated with the toilet, and a coil coupled to the lid and configured to causes vibrations in the lid to emit sounds derived from the detected noises associated with the toilet.

A noise cancellation system for a toilet, the noise cancellation system comprising:
- a toilet lid;
- and
- at least one resonator coupled to the toilet lid, wherein a physical property of the at least one resonator is selected based on noise associated with the toilet.
An active noise cancellation system for a toilet, the active noise cancellation system comprising:
- a microphone configured to detect noises associated with the toilet integrated into the toilet and/or tank lid;
- and
- a speaker to emit sounds derived from the detected noises associated with the toilet and integrated into the toilet and/or tank lid.
An active noise cancellation system for a toilet, the active noise cancellation system comprising:
- a microphone configured to detect noises associated with the toilet integrated into the toilet and/or tank lid;
- and
- a speaker to emit sounds derived from the detected noises associated with the toilet and remotely positioned to cancel noise in a specific area.
