This disclosure pertains to the field of electrical materials, and discloses an aluminum matrix composite material and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device. The preparation method includes: performing purification processing on an aluminum-based substrate to obtain a purified aluminum-based substrate; forming a metal protective layer on a surface of the purified aluminum-based substrate to obtain a first composite material intermediate; performing first electroplating processing on the first composite material intermediate, so that the metal protective layer is corroded to form a first metal plating layer on the surface of the aluminum-based substrate to obtain a second composite material intermediate; and performing second electroplating processing on the second composite material intermediate to form a second metal plating layer on a surface of the first metal plating layer to obtain the aluminum matrix composite material.
A preparation method for an aluminum matrix composite material, wherein the preparation method for the aluminum matrix composite material comprises:
An aluminum matrix composite material, wherein the aluminum matrix composite material comprises an aluminum-based substrate, a first metal plating layer, and a second metal plating layer that are sequentially stacked;
An electronic device, wherein the electronic device comprises a device body and a pad structure connected to the device body, and the pad structure is prepared by using an aluminum matrix composite material, wherein the aluminum matrix composite material comprises an aluminum-based substrate, a first metal plating layer, and a second metal plating layer that are sequentially stacked;
