A PTH1 ligand-binding nucleic acid complex that is delivered to a target organ to regulate expression or editing of a target gene, or a transcription or translation product thereof is provided. The PTH1 ligand-binding nucleic acid complex includes a nucleic acid having an antisense strand with an oligonucleotide having a nucleotide sequence 12 to 30 nucleotides in length, complementary to a target transcription product, is bound to a PTH1 ligand. Such nucleic acid complexes are useful for the treatment of diseases caused by such a gene. The ligand-binding nucleic acid complex can be delivered to an organ, tissue, or cell in which the PTH1 receptor is expressed, such as the kidney, bone, and subcutaneous fat tissue, or the vascular endothelial cells. Thus, such nucleic acid complexes are useful for treatment of diseases in such organs.

A ligand-binding nucleic acid complex in which a nucleic acid molecule that regulates expression or editing of a target gene or a transcription or translation product thereof binds to a PTH1 ligand with or without a linker, in which the PTH1 ligand is a peptide consisting of a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
