Dibenzodiazepines derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions and uses

A compound in formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, tautomer, precursor drug, amorphous substance, isotope, polycrystalline substance or solvate thereof:

• where R1 is selected from H, alkyl of C1-C4, alkoxy of C1-C4, or cycloalkyl of C3-C6;
• R2 is selected from an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl of C1-C4, an aryl of C5-C20, or
• R3 is selected from the unsubstituted or substituted alkyl of C1-C4 or the aryl of C5-C20;
• in the group definition of R2 and R3, “substituted” means that 1-3H of the group is replaced by at least one of the selected groups from hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, unsubstituted or substituted alkyl of C1-C4, unsubstituted or substituted aryl of C5-C20, unsubstituted or substituted 3 to 20 membered heterocyclic groups, unsubstituted or substituted 3 to 20 membered gelled groups formed by heterocyclic groups and aromatic rings of C5-C20 and
• among them, the substituent group of the substituted alkyl group of C1-C4, the aryl group of C5-C20, the heterocyclic group of 3˜20 member, the cohesive group formed by heterocyclic group of 3˜20 member and the aromatic ring of C5-C20 is alkyl or hydroxyl group of C1-C4;
• the heteroatom of the heterocyclic group is N, O or S, and the number of heteroatoms is 1-6.
