Dispenser

A handheld dispenser for manual dispensing of food product, e.g. sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, topping, etc., in fluid form, comprising:

• a container made of food-grade material configured to be filled with food product to airtight contain food product and to enable food product to be discharged out of a container outlet and to be refilled with food product when emptied of food product and comprises two ends, a first end opposite a second end,
• an inner piston configured to be detachably arranged inside the container and be slidable between a start position at the second container end after the container is filled with food product and be an end lid airtight closing the second container end after fill/refill and a final position bottoming at the first container end to close the container outlet when the container is emptied of food product,
• a elongated housing configured to be securely held in one hand and be detachably attached with a first end to the first container end, the housing comprising a second end arranged opposite the first end with an opening forming a mouth for a discharge valve nozzle enabling discharge of food product and a handle movably attached to an outside of the housing and to pressure means configured to be partly arranged inside the housing through an oblong slot in the housing, and
• a pump chamber being a hose member made of flexible material and configured to be arranged inside the housing and the pressure means and be airtight connectable to a first end of a first check valve and the first container end to enable food product to flow from the container into and through the first check valve and the hose member when the hose member is compressed by manually pushing the handle towards the housing moving the pressure means towards the hose member to compress the hose member to dispense food product through a second check valve and finally out of the discharge valve nozzle,
• wherein the container is formed as a hard shell/enclosure with a smooth and/or level and/or even and/or polished inside surface and that the first and the second container end are open ends, and that the second container end has an opening size or area or diameter being substantially same or same as an inner cross-sectional size or area or diameter (Si) of the second container end, and that the first container end has an opening size or area or diameter being smaller than the opening size or area or diameter and the inner cross-sectional size or area or diameter (Si) of the container at the second container end.
