Pedal Box Integrated with Two Sensors, Pedal Mechanism, Braking System, and Vehicle

A braking system, comprising:

• a braking apparatus;
• a pedal box comprising:
• a drive rod defining an axial direction and a radial direction;
• a housing, housing comprising:
• an inside;
• a side wall comprising a first side facing away from the inside;
• and
• a boss located on the first side in the radial direction, wherein the boss comprises a first end surface facing away from the inside, and wherein the first end surface comprises an installation groove;
• a pedal force feedback member located in the housing;
• a pressure sensor located in the housing;
• and
• a displacement comprises comprising:
• a fixed component installed on the installation groove;
• and
• a moving component located in the housing, wherein the moving component is further located between the pedal force feedback member and the fixed component in the radial direction,
• wherein the pedal force feedback member and the pressure sensor are sequentially arranged in the axial direction, and
• wherein the pressure sensor or the displacement sensor is configured to generate a detection signal;
• and
• a controller configured to control, in response to the detection signal, the braking apparatus to perform braking.

A vehicle, comprising:

• a wheel;
• a brake pedal;
• and
• a braking system configured to brake the wheel, wherein the braking system comprises:
• a braking apparatus;
• a pedal box comprising:
• a drive rod defining an axial direction and a radial direction, wherein the drive rod is connected to the brake pedal;
• a housing comprising:
• an inside;
• a side wall comprising a first side facing away from the inside;
• and
• a boss located on the first side in the radial direction, wherein the boss comprises a first end surface facing away from the inside, and wherein the first end surface comprises an installation groove;
• a pedal force feedback member located in the housing;
• a pressure sensor located in the housing;
• and
• a displacement sensor comprising:
• a fixed component installed on the installation groove;
• and
• a moving component located in the housing, wherein the moving component is further located between the pedal force feedback member and the fixed component in the radial direction, and the pressure sensor, wherein the pedal force feedback member and the pressure sensor are sequentially arranged inside the housing in an axial the axial direction of and
• wherein the pressure sensor or the displacement sensor is configured to generate a detection signal;
• and
• a controller configured control, in response to a the detection signal of the braking apparatus to perform braking.
