Abstract
A floating centercap assembly for a vehicle includes a cap and a central bearing affixed to the cap. A floating puck is affixed to the central bearing so that the central bearing is rotationally positioned with respect to the floating puck. The cap and floating puck snap on to one of a vehicle wheel and an axle.

A floating centercap assembly for a vehicle comprising:
- a cap;
- a central bearing affixed to the cap;
- a floating puck affixed to the central bearing, the central bearing rotationally positioned with respect to the floating puck;
- and
- wherein the cap snaps on to one of a vehicle wheel and an axle.

- a central bearing positioned within the central bearing sleeve;
- a bearing retainer positioned on the bearing sleeve to retain the bearings within the bearing sleeve;
