A method for forming a cushioning element in a single step, the single step comprising:
- concurrently molding a first cushioning element on a first fabric of overlapping layers of fabric and molding a second cushioning element on a second fabric of the overlapping layers of fabric, the first fabric coupled with the second fabric;
- and
- separating portions of the first fabric and the second fabric to form a primary receptacle.
A method for forming a cushioning element comprising:
- concurrently molding a first cushioning element on a first fabric of overlapping layers of fabric and molding a second cushioning element on a second fabric of the overlapping layers of fabric;
- and
- separating portions of the first fabric and the second fabric to form a primary receptacle.
A method for forming a cushion comprising:
- concurrently molding a first cushioning element onto a first fabric of overlapping layers of fabric and a second cushioning element onto a second fabric of the overlapping layers of fabric;
- and
- separating portions of the first fabric and the second fabric to form a primary receptacle,
- wherein the first cushioning element is formed of an elastomeric material defining a plurality of interconnected walls on the first fabric.
