Abstract
A blocking and locking device for a thermoforming mold half includes a pin configured to be engaged with a forming half-mold and including a hole at one of its ends. The device further includes an actuation mechanism configured to be engaged with an operational plate associated with the thermoforming half-mold, and including an actuator and at least one longitudinal bolt connected to the actuator and configured to be inserted into the through opening of the pin for the selective locking of the half-mold to one of said operational plates.

A hot molding assembly comprising:
- a pair of thermoforming half-molds configured to cooperate with each other, wherein at least one half-mold of said pair of half-molds includes a pin fixed thereto and including a through hole, and
- a stop-lock device including an actuation mechanism with an actuator and at least one longitudinal bolt, configured to be inserted into the through hole of said pin to selectively lock said at least one half-mold,
- wherein said pin is fixed to said at least one half-mold in such a position that its longitudinal axis coincides with the central axis of said at least one half-mold.
