Abstract
Methods of cancer treatment comprise administration of a modified natural killer (NK) cell in combination with an immunomodulatory drug. Also described are compositions comprising a combination of a modified NK cell and an immunomodulatory drug.

A method of treating cancer in a patient, the method comprising administering to the patient a natural killer (NK) cell or NK cell line in combination with a cereblon E3 Ligase Modulating Drug (CELMOD) or an immunomodulatory imide drug (IMiD), wherein the NK cell or NK cell line has been modified to have reduced expression of CISH compared to the same NK cell or NK cell line without the modification
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an IMiD or CELMOD and an NK cell, wherein CISH expression has been knocked out in the NK cell.
