A method for use with a tissue of a subject includes placing a portion of a wall of an implant against a potential anchoring site of the tissue. An ultrasound tool is then positioned within an interior of the implant, and the potential anchoring site is imaged by transmitting ultrasound energy from the ultrasound tool, through the portion of the wall and into the potential anchoring site. Responsively to the imaging, the potential anchoring site is determined to be a suitable anchoring site. While maintaining the portion of the wall against the suitable anchoring site, the ultrasound tool is vacated from the interior. Subsequently, and while maintaining the portion of the wall against the suitable anchoring site, the implant is anchored to the tissue using an anchor driver to advance a tissue anchor through the vacated interior and into the suitable anchoring site. Other implementations are also described.
