Apparatus to measure fast-paced performance of people

A computer readable medium configured with instructions, which when executed by a processor cause a processor to measure a cognitive performance of a subject, the computer readable medium comprising instructions to:

• provide a plurality of stimuli on a display visible to the subject;
• and
• determine a visual perception of the subject, a memory and learning of the subject, and a command and control of the subject, the plurality of stimuli configured to measure a speed and an accuracy of the subject to act or withhold action in response to the plurality of stimuli.

A processor implemented method to measure a cognitive performance of a subject, the method comprising:

• providing a plurality of stimuli on a display visible to the subject;
• and
• determining a visual perception of the subject, a memory and learning of the subject, and a command and control of the subject, the plurality of stimuli configured to measure a speed and an accuracy of the subject to act or withhold action in response to the plurality of stimuli.
