Solar cell and photovoltaic module

A photovoltaic module, wherein the photovoltaic module comprises a plurality of solar cells, and at least one of the plurality of solar cells comprises:

• a solar cell body comprising a silicon substrate and a passivation layer;
• and
• a light-transmitting layer arranged on a side of the solar cell body;
• wherein the solar cell body comprises a light-receiving surface and a backlight surface, the passivation layer is located on a side of the silicon substrate facing the light-receiving surface, the light-transmitting layer is arranged on a side of the passivation layer away from the silicon substrate, the light-transmitting layer comprises an adhesive film layer, light-converting particles, and anti-reflection particles, the light-converting particles and the anti-reflection particles are arranged over the solar cell body through the adhesive film layer, and an average diameter of the anti-reflection particles is less than or equal to an average diameter of the light-converting particles,
• wherein the passivation layer is located between the silicon substrate and the light-transmitting layer.

A tandem solar cell, comprising:

• a top solar cell;
• a bottom solar cell;
• and
• an intermediate connection layer connected between the bottom solar cell and the top solar cell;
• wherein the top solar cell is a perovskite solar cell;
• and
• the bottom solar cell comprises:
• a solar cell body comprising a silicon substrate and a passivation layer;
• and
• a light-transmitting layer arranged on a side of the solar cell body;
• wherein the solar cell body comprises a light-receiving surface and a backlight surface, the passivation layer is located on a side of the silicon substrate facing the light-receiving surface, the light-transmitting layer is arranged on a side of the passivation layer away from the silicon substrate, the light-transmitting layer comprises an adhesive film layer, light-converting particles, and anti-reflection particles, the light-converting particles and the anti-reflection particles are arranged over the solar cell body through the adhesive film layer, and an average diameter of the anti-reflection particles is less than or equal to an average diameter of the light-converting particles,
• wherein the passivation layer is located between the silicon substrate and the light-transmitting layer.
