Abstract
An intercom unit adapted to be removably secured to a strap segment. The intercom unit comprises a recess in a front side, and a through hole. A yoke is releasably fitted in the recess. An elastic cord extends through the through hole and is attached to the yoke so that it together with the yoke constitutes a loop with a first loop segment and a second loop segment. In a first attachment mode, the first loop segment at a first side wall extends around the strap segment and the second loop segment at a second side wall extends around the strap segment.
Claims20
An intercom unit configured to be removably secured to a strap segment, the intercom unit comprising:
- a housing extending in a first direction between a first housing end and a second housing end, the housing comprising a front side, a rear side, a first sidewall, a second side wall, a recess at the front side, and a through hole extending in a second direction;
- a yoke configured to releasably fit in the recess of the housing;
- and
- an elastic cord extending through the through hole, wherein the elastic cord is attached to the yoke so that the elastic cord together with the yoke constitutes a loop, wherein a first loop segment of the loop extends between the housing and the yoke, wherein a second loop segment of the loop extends between the housing and the yoke, and wherein the yoke is configured to be guided behind the strap segment and fitted into the recess of the housing, whereby the first loop segment and the second loop segment extend around the strap segment to attach the intercom unit to the strap segment in a first attachment mode.
