Abstract
A board connector, configured to mate with a mating connector, includes a body, a number of conductive components and a shell. The body includes a mating area configured to receive the mating connector along an insertion direction. Each conductive component includes a mating portion disposed at the mating area and being configured to be in electrical contact with the mating connector. The shell includes a first wall having a first mounting foot and a first locking structure. The first mounting foot extends along the insertion direction and is configured to be mounted to a board. The first locking structure is disposed adjacent to a distal end of the first wall and disposed away from the first mounting foot. The first locking structure is configured to be lockable with the mating connector.

A board connector, configured to mate with a mating connector, comprising:
- a body, the body comprising a mating area configured to receive the mating connector along an insertion direction;
- a plurality of conductive components, each conductive component comprising a mating portion disposed at the mating area and being configured to be in electrical contact with the mating connector;
- and
- a shell at least partially covering the body, the shell comprising a first wall, the first wall comprising at least one first mounting foot and a first locking structure, the at least one first mounting foot extending along the insertion direction and being configured to be mounted to a board;
- the first locking structure being disposed adjacent to a distal end of the first wall and disposed away from the first mounting foot;
- and the first locking structure being configured to be lockable with the mating connector.
A board connector, configured to mate with a mating connector, comprising:
- a body, the body comprising a mating area configured to receive the mating connector along an insertion direction;
- a plurality of conductive components, each conductive component comprising a mating portion disposed at the mating area and being configured to be in electrical contact with the mating connector;
- and
- a shell at least partially covering the body, the shell comprising a first wall and a second wall disposed opposite to the first wall, the first wall comprising at least one first mounting foot and a locking structure, the at least one first mounting foot extending along the insertion direction and being configured to be mounted to a board;
- the second wall comprising another locking structure;
- and the locking structure and the another locking structure being configured to be lockable with the mating connector.
A board connector, configured to mate with a mating connector, comprising:
- a body, the body comprising a mating area configured to receive the mating connector along an insertion direction;
- a plurality of conductive components, each conductive component comprising a mating portion disposed at the mating area and being configured to be in electrical contact with the mating connector;
- and
- a shell at least partially covering the body, the shell comprising a first wall and a second wall disposed opposite to the first wall, the first wall comprising at least one first mounting foot and a locking structure;
- the at least one first mounting foot extending along the insertion direction and extending sidewardly to a side away from the second wall;
- the at least one first mounting foot being configured to be mounted to a board;
- and the locking structure being configured to be lockable with the mating connector.
