Pixel circuit for threshold compensation, driving method thereof and display device for providing signals

A display device, comprising a pixel circuit array and a GOA circuit,

• wherein the GOA circuit comprises a plurality of GOA sub-circuits, and at least one GOA sub-circuit of the plurality of GOA sub-circuits comprises:
• an input sub-circuit, a pull-up control sub-circuit, a pull-up sub-circuit, and a pull-down sub-circuit,
• the input sub-circuit is connected to a second clock terminal and a first input terminal, and is configured to generate and output a first control signal according to a first input signal of the first input terminal when a second clock signal of the second clock terminal is at an active level;
• the pull-up control sub-circuit is connected to the input sub-circuit and a first power supply terminal, has a first control input node, and is configured to write the first control signal received from the input sub-circuit into the first control input node, and to output a first power supply signal of the first power supply terminal to a pull-up input node when the first control input node is at an active level;
• the pull-up sub-circuit is connected to the pull-up control sub-circuit, the first power supply terminal, and a signal output terminal, and has the pull-up input node, the pull-up sub-circuit is configured to write the first power supply signal of the first power supply terminal to the signal output terminal when the pull-up input node is at an active level;
• the pull-down sub-circuit is connected to a second power supply terminal and the signal output terminal, and has a pull-down input node, the pull-down sub-circuit is configured to write a second power supply signal of the second power supply terminal to the signal output terminal when the pull-down input node is at an active level;
• the pull-down sub-circuit comprises a tenth transistor and a fourth capacitor,
• a gate of the tenth transistor is connected to a second input terminal, a first terminal of the tenth transistor is connected to the signal output terminal, and a second terminal of the tenth transistor is connected to a first terminal of the fourth capacitor;
• and
• the tenth transistor is controlled by a second input signal of the second input terminal to be in an on state or an off state;
• wherein the pixel circuit array comprises a plurality of pixel circuits,
• each pixel circuit of the plurality of pixel circuits comprises a light-emitting control sub-circuit, and the light-emitting control sub-circuit is configured to receive a light-emitting control signal, and to generate a current which drives a light-emitting means to emit light under control of the light-emitting control signal;
• the light-emitting control sub-circuit comprises a driving transistor, a first light-emitting transistor, and a light-emitting control transistor,
• a gate of the driving transistor is connected to a first node, and a first terminal of the driving transistor is connected to a power supply voltage terminal;
• a gate of the first light-emitting transistor is connected to a light-emitting control signal terminal to receive the light-emitting control signal, a first terminal of the first light-emitting transistor is connected to a reference potential terminal, and a second terminal of the first light-emitting transistor is connected to a second node;
• a gate of the light-emitting control transistor is connected to the light-emitting control signal terminal to receive the light-emitting control signal, a first terminal of the light-emitting control transistor is connected to a second terminal of the driving transistor, and a second terminal of the light-emitting control transistor is connected to the light-emitting means;
• wherein the GOA circuit is configured to provide the light-emitting control signal to the light-emitting control signal terminal.
