Abstract
Systems and methods that convert an amount of funds maintained in a gaming establishment account to a ticket voucher in association with a cashout input.
Claims20
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory device that stores a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the processor following an automatic transfer, in association with a cashout input, of an amount of funds from a credit meter of a gaming device to a gaming establishment account associated with a user and responsive to a request to convert at least part of the amount of funds to a ticket voucher, cause the processor to cause an issuance of the ticket voucher in association with a transfer from the gaming establishment account, wherein the issuance of the ticket voucher occurs independent of any transfer of any funds to the credit meter of the gaming device.
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory device that stores a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
- responsive to sequential occurrences of a first input that results in an amount of funds of a credit meter of a gaming device being automatically cashed out to an account associated with a user and a second input to obtain at least a portion of the amount of funds as a ticket voucher, cause an issuance of the ticket voucher based on a transfer of funds from the account associated with the user which occurs independent of any transfer of funds to the credit meter of the gaming device.

A method of operating a system, the method comprising:
- following an automatic transfer, in association with a cashout input, of an amount of funds from a credit meter of a gaming device to a gaming establishment account associated with a user and responsive to a request to convert at least part of the amount of funds to a ticket voucher, causing, by a processor, an issuance of the ticket voucher in association with a transfer from the gaming establishment account, wherein the issuance of the ticket voucher occurs independent of any transfer of any funds to the credit meter of the gaming device.
