An apparatus generates a digital access element associated with a machine fluid. The apparatus includes a) a digital identifier providing unit configured to provide a digital identifier associated with the machine fluid and machine fluid data, and b) a digital access element generator configured to generate the digital access element based on the digital identifier and access data.

An apparatus for generating a digital access element associated with a machine fluid, wherein the apparatus comprises:
- a digital identifier providing unit configured to provide a digital identifier associated with a machine fluid and machine fluid data, and
