Abstract

To provide a display device or the like that enables stable curing of a resin. The display device includes a first circuit and a second circuit over the same substrate. The first circuit has a function of performing display; the second circuit has a function of driving the first circuit; the second circuit includes a transistor and a capacitor; the transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer over a first insulating layer; the capacitor includes a first conductive layer, a second insulating layer, and a second conductive layer; the first conductive layer is positioned over the first insulating layer; one of a source and a drain of the transistor is electrically connected to the second conductive layer; and the first conductive layer and the oxide semiconductor layer include the same metal element.

Dependent claims

A display device comprising:

a pixel and a gate driver, the pixel including a first transistor and a first capacitor, and the gate driver including a second transistor and a second capacitor,
wherein the first transistor includes a first gate electrode and a first oxide semiconductor layer over the first gate electrode,
wherein the first capacitor includes a first electrode on a same surface as the first oxide semiconductor layer,
wherein the second transistor includes a second gate electrode and a second oxide semiconductor layer over the second gate electrode,
wherein the second capacitor includes a second electrode on a same surface as the second oxide semiconductor layer, and
wherein, in a channel length direction, a width of the second gate electrode is larger than a width of the first gate electrode, and a width of the second oxide semiconductor layer is larger than a width of the first oxide semiconductor layer.
