Abstract
A switching valve includes a valve body; a first port and a second port disposed to face each other inside the valve body to communicate with each other; an input port communicating with the first port and the second port to supply a slurry liquid material; and a valve element configured to switch connection of the first port and the second port with respect to the input port, the valve element including: a first needle portion configured to open and close an opening of the first port; a second needle portion configured to open and close an opening of the second port; and hard-body seals configured to seal the first port and the second port, respectively.

A switching valve, comprising:
- a valve body;
- a first port and a second port disposed to face each other inside the valve body to communicate with each other;
- an input port communicating with the first port and the second port to supply a slurry liquid material;
- and
- a valve element configured to switch connection of the first port and the second port with respect to the input port, the valve element including:
- a first needle portion configured to open and close an opening of the first port;
- a second needle portion configured to open and close an opening of the second port;
- and
- hard-body seals configured to seal the first port and the second port, respectively.
