Rotation support device, and support mechanism position adjustment mechanism for shaft support device

A rotation support device, comprising:

• a rotation shaft;
• and
• a pair of support mechanisms that respectively support both ends in an axial direction of the rotation shaft in a rotatable manner, wherein
• one of the pair of support mechanisms includes
• a bearing unit including a bearing housing and a bearing that supports the rotation shaft in a rotatable manner with respect to the bearing housing and capable of supporting an axial load,
• a support base through which the rotation shaft penetrates or which is disposed around the rotation shaft, and
• a housing position adjustment mechanism disposed between the bearing unit and the support base, and
• the housing position adjustment mechanism includes
• a support base side member provided on the support base side and through which the rotation shaft penetrates or which is disposed around the rotation shaft,
• a bearing housing side member provided on the bearing housing side, through which the rotation shaft penetrates or which is disposed around the rotation shaft, and movable relative to the support base side member in the axial direction,
• a partition member that is disposed in an accommodation space formed between the support base side member and the bearing housing side member and divides the accommodation space into a first space and a second space in the axial direction,
• a first pressure generating unit accommodated in the first space in a compressed state, and
• a second pressure generating unit accommodated in the second space in a compressed state, wherein
• the first space and the second space are sealed from outside respectively.
