Abstract
A rotary console for a rail-guided transport system having a turntable which has a first rail section for a first transport direction and a second rail section for a second transport direction and which can be rotated in such a way that the first rail section or the second rail section enables a corresponding connection to connecting rail sections outside the rotary console, with the turntable being of hollow-chamber design.

A rotary console for a rail-guided transport system, comprising:
- a) a turntable which has a first rail section for a first transport direction and a second rail section for a second transport direction and which can be rotated in such a way that the first rail section or the second rail section enables a corresponding connection to connecting rail sections outside the rotary console,
- b) wherein the turntable is of hollow chamber design.
