A door assembly for a baby playpen, comprising a door leaf panel and a door frame panel, a first side of the door leaf panel is hinged to the door frame panel, an upper end and a lower end of a second side of the door leaf panel are respectively provided with an upper locking structure and a lower locking structure, each of the upper locking structure and the lower locking structure comprises a sliding block movable between a locked position and an unlocked position, and the door frame panel is provided with a press-to-unlock member linked with the sliding block;

• in the locked position, the sliding block engages with the door frame panel to prevent opening of the door leaf panel;
• the press-to-unlock member, when pressed, releases limit on the sliding block and allows the sliding block to move to the unlocked position to release engagement;
• and only when both the upper locking structure and the lower locking structure are in the unlocked state, the door leaf panel is opened.
