Abstract
An antibody that recognizes HLA-DR or a functional fragment thereof, a chimeric antigen receptor that has the antibody or a functional fragment thereof, an immune cell expressing the chimeric antigen receptor, a multispecific antibody that includes the antibody or a functional fragment thereof and the antigen recognition site for immune cells, or a pharmaceutical composition containing these antibodies and the like.
Claims12
A composition for treating a blood cancer, comprising:
- an antibody that recognizes HLA-DR or a functional fragment thereof.
An antibody that recognizes HLA-DR or a functional fragment thereof, which has a feature described in one of following (a) to (i):
- (a) comprising
- a heavy chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 1 to 3, respectively,

- 5 to 7, respectively;
- (b) comprising
- a heavy chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 34 to 36, respectively, and
- a light chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 38 to 40, respectively;
- (c) comprising
- a heavy chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 42 to 44, respectively, and
- a light chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 46 to 48, respectively;
- (d) comprising
- a heavy chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 50 to 52, respectively, and
- a light chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 54 to 56, respectively;
- (e) comprising
- a heavy chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 58 to 60, respectively, and
- a light chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 62 to 64, respectively;
- (f) comprising
- a heavy chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:

- a light chain variable region that includes complementarity-determining regions 1 to 3 containing amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 62, 78 and 64, respectively.
A composition to be administered to a blood cancer patient transplanted with hematopoietic stem cells,
- wherein the composition comprises an antibody that recognizes HLA-DR or a functional fragment thereof,
- a donor of the hematopoietic stem cells and the patient have different HLA-DR allele types, and
- the antibody or a functional fragment thereof binds to HLA-DR of the patient but does not bind to HLA-DR of the donor.
