Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition comprising a glycosaminoglycans (GAGs)-amino acid complex (GAGs-AA complex) as an active ingredient. In addition, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention made to include a GAGs-AA complex by means of physicochemical interaction as an active ingredient, and thus can exhibit remarkable effects for brightening skin, ameliorating wrinkles, improving elasticity, moisturizing, improving skin barriers, enhancing beneficial bacteria of the skin, or soothing the skin.

A cosmetic composition for skin improvement, comprising a glycosaminoglycans (GAGs)-amino acid complex as an active ingredient.
A method for preparing a cosmetic composition, the method comprising:
- mixing an amino acid and a solvent to prepare a first mixture;
- performing first heating and stirring on the first mixture;
- adding glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) to perform second heating and stirring when the first heating and stirring is completed;
- homogenizing the mixture to prepare a GAGs-amino acid complex when the second heating and stirring is completed;
- and
- adding the GAGs-amino acid complex to prepare a cosmetic composition.
