Rotated outer cover assembly for wearable ring devices

A wearable ring device, comprising:

• an inner housing comprising an inner curved surface of the wearable ring device that is configured to at least partially contact a tissue of a user;
• a printed circuit board disposed on or within the inner housing, the printed circuit board comprising one or more sensors configured to perform physiological measurement;
• a moldable material to coupl\ing the printed circuit board with the inner housing, wherein the inner housing, the printed circuit board, and the moldable material form a ring assembly, the ring assembly comprising a first passage configured to receive a finger of the user along a first axis of the first passage;
• an outer housing coupled to the ring assembly, the outer housing comprising an outer curved surface of the wearable ring device, wherein the outer housing comprises a second passage associated with a second axis through the second passage, wherein, in an assembly configuration, the outer housing is positioned at least partially around the ring assembly such that the second axis of the outer housing is oriented non-coaxially relative to the first axis of the ring assembly and, in an assembled configuration, the first axis of the ring assembly and the second axis of the outer housing are substantially aligned, and wherein the outer housing is rotatable relative to the ring assembly to transition from the assembly configuration to the assembled configuration.
