Abstract
A work vehicle includes: a frame, a wheel unit connected with the frame, a working unit connected with the frame, and a power source arranged on the frame to supply power. The work vehicle further includes: a brake assembly connected with the wheel unit, a locking assembly, provided with a lock arm to lock the brake assembly, and a starting assembly. The starting assembly includes a starting arm connected with the lock arm to drive the lock arm to move when the starting arm is operated to unlock the brake assembly.
Claims17
A brake system for a work vehicle, comprising:
- a brake assembly operable between a locked position and an unlocked position and configured to brake a wheel unit of the work vehicle;
- a locking assembly, comprising a lock arm configured to selectively engage the brake assembly to retain the brake assembly in the locked position;
- and
- a starting assembly, comprising a starting arm operatively connected to the lock arm and operatively coupled to an accelerator of the work vehicle,
- wherein the starting arm is configured, upon actuation, to drive movement of the lock arm to disengage from the brake assembly such that the brake assembly returns to the unlocked position, and
- wherein the actuation of the starting arm is further configured to substantially simultaneously cause the accelerator to generate a control signal for operating the work vehicle.
A work vehicle, comprising:
- a frame;
- a wheel unit connected to the frame;
- a working unit connected to the frame;
- a power source mounted on the frame;
- a brake assembly operatively connected to the wheel unit and operable between a locked position and an unlocked position;
- a locking assembly comprising a lock arm configured to selectively engage the brake assembly to retain the brake assembly in the locked position;
- and
- a starting assembly comprising a starting arm operatively connected to the lock arm and operatively coupled to an accelerator of the work vehicle,
- wherein the starting arm is configured, upon actuation, to drive movement of the lock arm to disengage from the brake assembly such that the brake assembly returns toward the unlocked position, and
- wherein the actuation of the starting arm is further configured to substantially simultaneously cause the accelerator to generate a control signal generate a control signal for driving the work vehicle without requiring a separate manual release of the brake assembly.
A work vehicle, comprising:
- a frame;
- a wheel unit connected to the frame;
- a working unit connected to the frame;
- a brake assembly operatively coupled to the wheel unit and operatively associated with a second pedal, the brake assembly being operable to place the wheel unit in a braking state;
- a locking assembly comprising a handle and configured to selectively lock the brake assembly in a locked state such that the wheel unit is retained in the braking state;
- and
- a starting assembly operatively associated with a first pedal and configured, upon actuation of the first pedal while the brake assembly is in the locked state, to cause the locking assembly to unlock the brake assembly and to substantially simultaneously release the wheel unit from the braking state.
