The present disclosure relates to an organic light-emitting device that is configured to operate at a low driving voltage and that has excellent durability. The organic light-emitting device includes a first light-emitting unit and a second light-emitting unit with a charge generation region interposed therebetween. The charge generation region includes an n-type charge generation layer containing at least a first organic compound and a second organic compound. The first organic compound and the second organic compound satisfy the relationships represented by the following Formulae [1] and [2-1]: ❘ "\[LeftBracketingBar]" LUMO ( H 1 ) - LUMO ( H 2 ) ❘ "\[RightBracketingBar]" ≤ 0.1 eV [ 1 ] HOMO ( H 2 ) - HOMO ( H 1 ) > 0. eV [ 2 - 1 ] wherein LUMO(H1) represents the LUMO energy level of the first organic compound, LUMO(H2) represents the LUMO energy level of the second organic compound, HOMO(H1) represents the HOMO energy level of the first organic compound, and HOMO(H2) represents the HOMO energy level of the second organic compound.
