Combination event configuration method, terminal, and network side device

A terminal, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a program or an instruction that can be run on the processor, and the program or the instruction is executed by the processor to implement a combination event configuration method, the combination event configuration method comprises:

• receiving first configuration information sent by a network side device, wherein the first configuration information is used to indicate a configuration of a combination event by the network side device;
• and
• performing measurement, and determining, based on the first configuration information and whether an entering condition or a leaving condition of the combination event is met in a measurement process, whether to perform measurement reporting, wherein
• the combination event is an event formed by combining a first event and a second event, the first event is a terminal height-dependent event, and the second event is a mobility management-dependent event.
