Abstract
Various embodiments herein provide techniques related to electronic device. The electronic device may be configured to store one or more broadcast audio signals received from a broadcast transmitter; identify, based on the one or more broadcast audio signals, a location of the electronic device with respect to the broadcast transmitter; and provide an indication of the location of the electronic device. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
Claims20
An apparatus for use in an electronic device, comprising:
- memory to store one or more broadcast audio signals received from a broadcast transmitter;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- identify, based on the one or more broadcast audio signals, a location of the electronic device with respect to the broadcast transmitter;
- and
- provide an indication of the location of the electronic device.
One or more non-transitory computer-readable media comprising instructions that, upon execution of the instructions by one or more processors of an electronic device, are to cause a Bluetooth transmitter to:
- generate a first Bluetooth low-energy (LE) radio signal with a first field of view and a first radio tone;
- generate a second Bluetooth LE radio signal with a second field of view that is different than the first field of view and a second radio tone that is different than the first radio tone;
- and
- transmit the first Bluetooth LE radio signal and the second Bluetooth LE radio signal so that the first and second Bluetooth LE radio signals at least partially overlap in space.
One or more non-transitory computer-readable media comprising instructions that, upon execution of the instructions by one or more processors of an electronic device, are to cause a Bluetooth receiver to:
- identify one or more Bluetooth low-energy (LE) radio signals of a plurality of Bluetooth LE radio signals received from a Bluetooth transmitter;
- identify, based on the one or more Bluetooth LE radio signals, a location of the electronic device with respect to the Bluetooth transmitter;
- and
- provide an indication of the location of the electronic device.
