Method for a multi-antenna receiver arrangement, a computer program product, a multi-antenna receiver arrangement, and a wireless device

A baseband chip connectable to a first plurality of receivers/transceivers comprising:

• an extraction unit;
• a channel analyzer;
• and
• a second plurality of spatio-temporal filters;
• the baseband chip configured to:
• receive, from the first plurality of receivers/transceivers, a first plurality of analog radio signals;
• convert the first plurality of analog radio signals into a first plurality of digital signals;
• extract, by the extraction unit, reference signals from each of the first plurality of digital signals;
• determine, by the channel analyzer, characteristics for each of the first plurality of digital signals based on the extracted reference signals;
• utilize the determined characteristics to determine parameters for a second plurality of spatio-temporal filters;
• and
• process the first plurality of digital signals with the second plurality of spatio-temporal filters to obtain a second plurality of combined signals, wherein the first plurality is larger than the second plurality.
