Connection apparatus for busway

A connecting apparatus comprising:

• a busbar plug coupled to a first busbar;
• a first busbar connector comprising:
• a connecting body coupled to a second busbar;
• and
• an adjusting assembly coupled to the connecting body and the first busbar plug, and adapted to adjust a position of the connecting body relative to the busbar plug in a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction, so as to facilitate a connection between the first busbar and the second busbar;
• and
• a flexible connector flexibly connected between the busbar plug and the connecting body to allow the connecting body to move relative to the busbar plug while establishing an electrical connection between the first busbar and the second busbar.

A system comprising:

• a first busbar;
• a second busbar;
• and
• a connecting apparatus comprising:
• a busbar plug coupled to the first busbar;
• a first busbar connector comprising:
• a connecting body coupled to the second busbar;
• and
• an adjusting assembly coupled to the connecting body and the first busbar plug, and adapted to adjust a position of the connecting body relative to the busbar plug in a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction, so as to facilitate a connection between the first busbar and the second busbar;
• and
• a flexible connector flexibly connected between the busbar plug and the connecting body to allow the connecting body to move relative to the busbar plug while establishing an electrical connection between the first busbar and the second busbar.
