Abstract
A computing system can, using a corpus of historical claim data, train a predictive machine learning model on injury data. The system can identify a claim event involving an injury to a user, and execute the predictive machine learning model on injury information provided by the user to generate a check-in strategy to assist the user in recovering from the injury through a recovery process.

A computing system comprising:
- a network communication interface;
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to:
- using a corpus of historical claim data, train a predictive machine learning model on injury data;
- identify a claim event involving an injury to a user;
- and
- execute the predictive machine learning model on injury information provided by the user to generate a check-in strategy to assist the user in recovering from the injury through a recovery process.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a computing system, cause the computing system to:
- using a corpus of historical claim data, train a predictive machine learning model on injury data;
- identify a claim event involving an injury to a user;
- and
- execute the predictive machine learning model on injury information provided by the user to generate a check-in strategy to assist the user in recovering from the injury through a recovery process.
A computer-implemented method performed by one or more processors, comprising:
- using a corpus of historical claim data, training a predictive machine learning model on injury data;
- identifying a claim event involving an injury to a user;
- and
- executing the predictive machine learning model on injury information provided by the user to generate a check-in strategy to assist the user in recovering from the injury through a recovery process.
