A method, comprising:
- collecting eye heading information from a plurality of head-worn computers that come into proximity with an object in an environment, wherein the eye heading information is collected from each of the plurality of head-worn computers by capturing an image of an eye of a wearer of the head-worn computers through an optical path internal to content display optics of each head-worn computer;
- and
- generating a map of the environment with an indication of how many of the plurality of head-worn computers apparently looked at the object, as understood by examining the eye heading information from the plurality of head-worn computers.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions which, when executed by one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform a method comprising:
- collecting eye heading information from a plurality of head-worn computers that come into proximity with an object in an environment, wherein the eye heading information is collected from each of the plurality of head-worn computers by capturing an image of an eye of a wearer of the head-worn computers through an optical path internal to content display optics of each head-worn computer;
- and
- generating a map of the environment with an indication of how many of the plurality of head-worn computers apparently looked at the object, as understood by examining the eye heading information from the plurality of head-worn computers.
A system, comprising
- a plurality of head-worn computers that come into proximity with an object in an environment, wherein each of the plurality of head-worn computers has respective content display optics;
- one or more processors configured to:
- collect eye heading information from the plurality of head-worn computers, wherein the eye heading information is collected from each of the plurality of head-worn computers by capturing an image of an eye of a wearer of the head-worn computers through an optical path internal to the content display optics of each head-worn computer;
- and
- generate a map of the environment with an indication of how many of the plurality of head-worn computers apparently looked at the object, as understood by examining the eye heading information from the plurality of head-worn computers.
