Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a flexographic printing plate precursor in which microcell reproducibility is favorable in a case of being made into a flexographic printing plate, and a manufacturing method of a flexographic printing plate using the same. A flexographic printing plate precursor includes, in the following order, a support, a photosensitive resin layer, an interlayer, and an infrared ablation layer, in which the photosensitive resin layer contains a base polymer, water-dispersible particles, a photopolymerizable unsaturated compound, and a photopolymerization initiator, and the interlayer contains a copolymer represented by Formula (1).
Claims15
A flexographic printing plate precursor comprising, in the following order:
- a support;
- a photosensitive resin layer;
- an interlayer;
- and
- an infrared ablation layer,
- wherein the photosensitive resin layer contains a base polymer, water-dispersible particles, a photopolymerizable unsaturated compound, and a photopolymerization initiator, and
- the interlayer contains a copolymer represented by Formula (1),
- here, in Formula (1),
- R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and
- m and n represent contents (% by mole) of each repeating unit, and a molar ratio represented by Formula (i) satisfies 60 to 75% by mole,
- m

- in a case where two or more kinds of copolymers represented by Formula (1) are contained in the interlayer, the molar ratio is calculated by adding results obtained by multiplying a molar ratio of each copolymer contained in the interlayer by a mass ratio of each copolymer in the interlayer.
