An apparatus which includes a first power conversion device, a second power conversion device, a first communication line connecting the first power conversion device and the second power conversion device, and a second communication line connecting the first power conversion device and the second power conversion device. Each of the first power conversion device and the second power conversion device measures one or more of state values for a monitoring object and exchanges the measured state values through the first communication line, and one or more of the first power conversion device and the second power conversion device performs communication to synchronize measurement time points of the state values through the second communication line.
