The device includes a fingertip element coupled to one of the first body end or the second body end.

A multi-tool device for use in law enforcement, the device comprising:
- a body having a longitudinal axis, a first body end, and a second body end opposite and spaced apart along the longitudinal axis from the first body end;
- a handcuff lock tool coupled to the first body end, wherein the lock tool comprises a handcuff key;
- and
- a fingertip element coupled to one of the first body end or the second body end.
