Abstract
A connection assembly for connecting a tool head and a further machine module of a hand-guided machine tool wherein the connection assembly includes at least two connection parts following one another along a longitudinal axis and each having a connection section via which the connection parts are connectable to one another.
Claims19
A method of connecting and disconnecting two connection parts of a hand-guided machine tool, each connection part having a connection section and an inner cross section, comprising:
- plugging together the connection section of a first connection part with the connection section of a second connection part such that a mechanical clamping element of the first connection part and a mechanical counter element of the second connection part automatically engage with one another and the connection parts are held together;
- operating a manually actuable lever to tighten the connection between the connection parts by bracing the clamping element and the counter element against one another;
- upon uncoupling, operating the lever to untighten the connection between the connection parts while the clamping element and the counter element remain engaged and the connection parts are still held together;
- and
- further operating the lever to overturn the lever such that the clamping element and the counter element disengage and the connection parts can be separated.
A method of coupling two connection parts of a hand-guided machine tool, each connection part having a connection section and an inner cross section, comprising:
- plugging together the connection section of a first connection part with the connection section of a second connection part such that a mechanical clamping element of the first connection part and a mechanical counter element of the second connection part automatically engage with one another and the connection parts are held together;
- and
- operating a manually actuable lever to tighten the connection between the connection parts by bracing the clamping element and the counter element against one another.
A method of disconnecting two connection parts of a hand-guided machine tool, each connection part having a connection section and an inner cross section, comprising:
- operating a manually actuable lever to untighten the connection between the connection parts while a mechanical clamping element of a first connection part and a mechanical counter element of a second connection part remain engaged and still hold together the connection parts;
- and
- further operating the lever to overturn the lever such that the clamping element and the counter element disengage and the connection parts can be separated.
An apparatus for disconnecting two connection parts of a hand-guided machine tool, each connection part having a connection section and an inner cross section, comprising:
- a manually actuable lever configured to untighten the connection between the connection parts while a mechanical clamping element of a first connection part and a mechanical counter element of a second connection part remain engaged and still hold together the connection parts;
- and
- wherein the lever is further configured to be overturned such that the clamping element and the counter element disengage and the connection parts can be separated.
