Abstract
An outfeed support assembly includes a first outfeed support member having a first upper portion, the first outfeed support member defining a cutout portion. The outfeed support assembly also has a second outfeed support member that is movably connected to the first outfeed support member. The second outfeed support member has a first position in which the second outfeed support member is arranged in the cutout portion and a second upper portion of the second outfeed support member is substantially coplanar with the first upper portion, and a second position in which the second outfeed support member is at least partially outside the cutout portion.
Claims20
An outfeed support assembly for a table saw comprising:
- a first outfeed support member having a first upper portion, the first outfeed support member defining a cutout portion;
- and
- a second outfeed support member that is movably connected to the first outfeed support member, the second outfeed support member having a first position in which the second outfeed support member is arranged in the cutout portion and a second upper portion of the second outfeed support member is substantially coplanar with the first upper portion, and a second position in which the second outfeed support member is at least partially outside the cutout portion.
A table saw comprising:
- a table assembly having a table top and a sliding table portion;
- and
- an outfeed support assembly comprising:
- a first outfeed support member having a first upper portion, the first outfeed support member defining a cutout portion;
- and
- a second outfeed support member that is movably connected to the first outfeed support member, the second outfeed support member having a first position in which the second outfeed support member is arranged in the cutout portion and a second upper portion of the second outfeed support member is substantially coplanar with the first upper portion, and a second position in which the second outfeed support member is at least partially outside the cutout portion.
An outfeed support assembly for a table saw comprising:
- a first outfeed support plate having a first upper portion, the first outfeed support plate defining a cutout portion;
- and
- a second outfeed support plate that is movably connected to the first outfeed support plate, the second outfeed support plate having a first position in which the second outfeed support plate is arranged in the cutout portion and a second upper portion of the second outfeed support plate is substantially coplanar with the first upper portion, and a second position in which the second outfeed support plate is at least partially outside the cutout portion,
- wherein second outfeed support plate pivots relative to the first outfeed support plate between the first and second positions about a pivot axis that is substantially parallel to a plane defined by the first and second upper portions.
