Abstract
Provided are compounds of Formula (I) wherein P is a phosphorescent emitter, F is a fluorescent emitter, and L is a covalent linker. Also provided are formulations comprising these compounds. Further provided are OLEDs and related consumer products that utilize these compounds
Claims20
A compound represented by Formula (I):
- wherein P represents a phosphorescent emitter having a donor transmission dipole moment;
- F represents a fluorescent emitter having an acceptor transition dipole moment;
- wherein a κ2 factor of the donor transmission dipole moment and the acceptor transition dipole moment has a value greater than 0;
- and
- L represents a covalent linker connecting P to F;
- wherein the covalent linker has a length of greater than 5 Å.

An organic light emitting device (OLED) comprising:
- an anode;
- a cathode;
- and
- an organic layer, disposed between the anode and the cathode, comprising a compound of Formula (I)
- wherein P represents a phosphorescent emitter having a donor transmission dipole moment;
- F represents a fluorescent emitter having an acceptor transition dipole moment;
- wherein a κ2 factor of the donor transmission dipole moment and the acceptor transition dipole moment has a value greater than 0;
- and
- L represents a covalent linker connecting P to F;
- wherein the covalent linker has a length of greater than 5 Å.
